Points of consideration should include gowning procedure, behaviour, aseptic procedures, maximum number of personnel, performing of cleaning and disinfection, maintenance and microbiological monitoring.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The crucial point is proper training and qualification of employees and their awareness of how important they are in ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective medicines. Our training consists of different modules, through which personnel are educated from basic knowledge of microbiology to confirmation of competence with aseptic process simulation.
